The Solar Hydrogen Science Kit offers twenty-five hands on experiments for introductory and advanced high-school courses in chemistry and physics, as well as demonstrating the sustainable be- nefits of fuel cells and hydrogen technology. How it works: The solar module converts radiant energy into electrical energy to power the electrolyzer. The electro- lyzer breaks water into its basic constituents of hydrogen and oxy- gen. These gases are stored in the		graduated cylinders. When electri- cal power is required, the PEM fuel cell recombines the stored gases to form water, and release heat and electricity. Designed for Physical Science, Chemistry and Physics, grades 8 to 12. Easy to set up, easy to use, and requires no additional chemicals. All packages include the four-volume lesson book set. Add more experiments, and a deeper understanding of fuel cell techno- logy, with the dismantable fuel cell and methanol fuel cell exten- sion kits.
