Heliocentris secures order for 5 fuel cell systems from the University of Bahrain
"Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Technologies: Opportunities and Challenges in the Middle East (5th – 6th Dec 05, Dubai)", the first conference of its kind in the Middle East, was organised by Fuel Cell Markets Ltd and the Middle East Forum on Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Technologies (MEFH). The conference brought together vendors, government officials, and academics from the west and the Middle East to exchange ideas and information on the advancements of the technology and the impact on the emerging hydrogen economy on the energy rich countries.
Heliocentris fully supported the event as a Bronze Sponsor and gave a one-day pre-conference workshop to introduce and inform delegates about fuel cell and hydrogen technologies. There was also a demonstration area where, amongst others, Heliocentris presented a complete fuel cell program including lab sets, teaching material and models. The University of Bahrain attended, and were so impressed with the complete package, that they signed a contract for a complete lab set-up including training. The University ordered 5 complete fuel cell systems for various training levels.
