We provide appropriate evaluation kits so that you succeed in commissioning your stack easily and reliably. Thus, you receive a flexible and compact fuel cell system which makes both the development work in the laboratory as well as the design of prototypes significantly easier for you. We are also pleased to provide other integration accessories such as humidifiers, filters and hydrogen connection sets.

FC-42 – The Modular Fuel Cell Series
All liquid-cooled FC42 stacks are based on a PEM base module with 42 cells and a rated output of 360 W. The modular design makes possible the bundling of individual stacks into multiple-cell stacks with only one central media connection. In addition to the individual stacks, bundles of 2, 3 and 4 stacks are available. Thus, an output range from 360 W to 1.4 kW can be covered very easily and efficiently.
Due to its modularity and compactness, this fuel cell platform is suitable for a wide range of applications. Innovative materials and special production technology are suitable for large volume production, however also make cost benefits possible for low volume production.

- Fuel: hydrogen 4.0 (version for reformat operation on request)
- Cooling medium: water / glycol
- Operating temperature +5…+50 °C (not humidified) or +5…+70 °C (humidified)

FC-42 EVALUATION Kit –The Modular System Platform for the FC-42 Stack Series
The Heliocentris Evaluation Kit forms a modular system periphery to the FC-42 stack series. Thus, you receive everything you need in order to put the stacks into operation easily and reliably, for testing and to operate in connection with your application as electricity source.
You can operate the modules simply as laboratory equipment, however also integrate into prototypes.
The Evaluation Kit is available in two versions:
Stack outputs up to 720 W (single and double stacks)
Stack outputs up to 1440 W (triple and quadruple stacks)
