This unique demonstration and training module was designed especially for universities and vocational schools in order to explain fuel cell technology more clearly and more tangibly.


The Instructor is a complete 50 Watt fuel cell system (PEM technology). Students and trainees can put the components into operation step by step, so that they can explore in more detail how a fuel cell system works as their knowledge increases.

The learning curve therefore rises continuously. This facilitates the introduction to the technology, allowing you to hold the attention of your audience with the increasing complexity of the subject matter and to offer new, exciting and more complex experiments from the world of fuel cell technology even after extended use of the Instructor.

You can use the Instructor both for experimental demonstrations, e.g., during lectures, and for experimenting in practicals. Included in the package is an extensive experiment manual and a software package for recording data.

The Instructor teaches the basic principles and the application knowledge on the subject of fuel cells: structure and functioning principle of a fuel cell, thermodynamics, characteristic curves and efficiencies, systems and power electronics.

 

Areas of Application

The Instructor is excellent for teaching basic knowledge and system competence for technical subjects and occupations, e. g., electrical engineering, energy engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering and automotive engineering.

 

The product is also an excellent module for use in any "Alternative Energies" course or practicum.
