Heliocentris signs OEM-Agreement with Lucas-Nülle for Higher Education Markets Worldwide

Berlin, Germany - January 29, 2009. Heliocentris Fuel Cells AG, a leading fuel cell system integrator, today announces an OEM agreement with Lucas-Nülle Group GmbH (Kerpen-Sindorf, Germany) the engineering, training and educational equipment company. Under this agreement, Heliocentris will provide both fuel cell and hydrogen educational OEM packages for Lucas-Nülle to develop and sell co-branded fuel cell training systems throughout the world.
Lucas-Nülle develops and distributes engineering educational equipment to universities, technical colleges and vocational schools worldwide and is regarded as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. About 80% of Lucas-Nülle’s business is in the international project-based field, supplying complete laboratories to universities and vocational training facilities. Lucas-Nülle will distribute the co-branded products worldwide.
